The use of inductors can also enhance the dynamic response performance of the system, stabilize output, especially in energy storage applications that require fast response.

In some energy storage technologies, such as supercapacitors or battery pack management systems, inductors can be used for current limiting protection, electromagnetic isolation, or as buffering components to protect sensitive components from transient current shocks and extend system life.
